An account is optional

Your medicines stay on your phone

Never sent anywhere: medicines, schedules, dose history and family members.
Only if you create an account: your name and the email or phone you sign in with.
Only if you allow it: analytics. It is off unless you tick the box, and you can turn it off again in Settings.
Uninstalling deletes everything on the phone. Deleting your account removes the rest.
